Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Hostrium's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hostrium.

Service Description

Hostrium provides Minecraft server hosting services, including but not limited to:

Dedicated and shared Minecraft server hosting

Server management and control panel access

Technical support and maintenance

Backup and recovery services

DDoS protection and security measures

Custom domain and subdomain support

Account Registration and Security

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

You must provide accurate and complete information

You are responsible for maintaining account security

Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for:

Any illegal activities or content

Hosting or distributing malicious software

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other systems

Engaging in DDoS attacks or other network abuse

Violating Minecraft's End User License Agreement (EULA)

Sharing or distributing pirated content

Hosting adult content or gambling websites

Spamming or sending unsolicited messages

Mining cryptocurrency or running resource-intensive applications

Sustained high CPU or IO usage that impacts node stability

Payment and Billing

All prices are in INR and are subject to change with 30 days notice

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors

Refunds are available within 24 hours of initial purchase for valid reasons

Late payments may result in service suspension or termination

We reserve the right to change pricing plans with 30 days notice

All payments are non-refundable after the 24-hour grace period

Chargebacks will result in immediate service termination and account suspension

We offer multiple payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers

DDoS Protection

Advanced security measures

In case of downtime exceeding our 99.9% uptime guarantee, users are eligible for SLA credits. Credits are calculated at 10x the duration of the verifiable downtime, applied to the next billing cycle. Hostrium reserves the right to null-route or temporarily suspend any server targeted by a DDoS attack that exceeds our automated mitigation capacity and threatens network-wide stability.

Data Protection and Privacy

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data

Regular backups are performed, but users are encouraged to maintain their own backups

We comply with applicable data protection laws

User data is never sold to third parties

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest

We retain logs for 30 days for security and troubleshooting purposes

Users can request data deletion at any time

We conduct regular security audits and penetration testing

Intellectual Property

Minecraft and related trademarks are property of Mojang Studios

Users retain ownership of their content and data

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms

Hostrium's branding and website content are protected by copyright

Users grant us a license to use their content for service provision

Custom plugins and modifications remain the property of their creators

Limitation of Liability

Hostrium shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Service interruptions beyond our control

User-generated content or third-party actions

Force majeure events including natural disasters

Network issues beyond our infrastructure

Third-party service failures

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services for violations of these terms

Users may terminate their services with 30 days notice

Upon termination, all data will be permanently deleted after 30 days

No refunds will be provided for partial months of service

Accounts may be suspended for non-payment after 7 days

Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. Users will be notified of significant changes via email at least 30 days in advance.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through mediation before pursuing legal action.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services

Users will be notified of significant changes 30 days in advance

Emergency changes may be implemented without prior notice

Service modifications will not affect existing agreements

24/7 technical support is available for all plans

Response time varies based on support plan level

Regular maintenance is scheduled during off-peak hours
